We believe quality support begins with understanding the person. Our services are designed around the strengths, goals, preferences, and needs of each participant and delivered in alignment with their Individual Service Plan (ISP).

As an ODP-approved provider, KeyCare Homes, LLC operates in accordance with 55 Pa. Code Chapter 6100, which guides important standards related to participant rights, health and safety, service delivery, staff training, documentation, and person-centered practices.
